So the brownies that I made from Ghirardelli mix weren’t quite as chewy as I wanted them to be after they cooled, so I put them back in the toaster oven to bake for a little longer. But they got burnt before they got chewy. After they cooled again I lifted the entire slab out of the pan and bit off all the unburnt edges, then threw the rest away.
